Xi Qing Hu Zhuo (breathe in, breathe out; hanu mai, hanu aku) is an ancient, sacred and powerful Tao breathing technique. When practiced in the Tao Calligraphy Light Wall Field, each inhalation brings the Creator’s breath of life into the lower abdomen (na'au), while each exhalation carries away a field of negativities affecting health, relationships, and finances, encased in golden light.
In this special Tao Calligraphy Light Wall Session, you will be guided into a deep connection to the Creator's Light Field through meditation, chanting, movement, plus one full hour of the sacred Xi Qing hu Zhuo (breath in, breath out; hanu mai, hanu aku) practice for one health challenge or one relationship or one personal finance challenge.
